MAGICACE SERVICES, AND ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, FOR ANY LOSS OF BUSINESS, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, LOSS OF USE OR DATA, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER, EVEN IF MAGICACE SERVICES IS AWARE OF THE RISK OF SUCH DAMAGES, THAT RESULT IN ANY WAY FROM APPLICANT'S USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SERVICE, MAGICACE SERVICE'S ACCEPTANCE OR REJECTION OF A ONLINE LISTING, OR MAGICACE SERVICE'S CONTINUED LISTING OF A SITE IN THE DIRECTORY. MAGICACE SERVICE'S LIABILITY TO APPLICANT SHALL NOT, FOR ANY REASON, EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY APPLICANT TO MAGICACE SERVICES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
· The
site must not contain any content, products, services or other
information that may be illegal to sell under any applicable law,
that may infringe or violate anyone's rights, or that, MAGICACE
SERVICES believes, in its sole discretion, is offensive. · Magicace
Services reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions.
Members agree to remain in compliance with these Terms and
Conditions as they may be modified and amended from time to time. · Advertisements
online are limited and available on a first-come first served basis.
New advertisements submitted after spaces have been filled,
will be held until the space opens up for additional advertising.
Accepted
on or before the space order closing date. Advertisers who cancel
after ad has been displayed online are responsible for payment in
